A small compassion circle for the scattered
If you have lived in more than one place, your heart may be scattered across them: a language, a landscape, a childhood home, a person you love, or a version of yourself.
Join me for a gentle, free online gathering for people whose lives have crossed borders.
For one hour, we will slow down, come back into our bodies, and explore what helps us feel more at home, wherever we are.
There will be a short somatic practice, time to reflect and an opportunity to connect with others. Sharing is always optional.
