From fitting in ...
Fitting in, especially to a new place, could feel like survival, making yourself small.
We may learn to dim our light to avoid standing out in a new culture or to keep the peace in an old relationship.
We may end up in a functional freeze: one foot on the gas, one foot on the brake. Or we may fawn, adapting and pleasing others, whilst quieting our own voice and needs.
These may have been strategies that helped us survive.
When this happens, and they become ways of life, our passion and motivation, our life force, can become quiet too.
You may have a vague sense you want more. You can feel your spark burning within. Waiting.

... to the art of fierce belonging.
You are not alone and you are not broken.
Your wise wolf within is here, waiting.
We can learn to reconnect with our fierceness, our fierce self-compassion that helps us stand up for ourselves and our needs and mobilizes us towards our goals.
We can learn to notice when our survival responses are coming up and set boundaries more consciously.
We can explore how to navigate relationships, even with "prickly" people, rather than feeling stuck.
We can reconnect with our inner sense of power to feel greater aliveness.
We can move in the world from a place of empowerment towards our goals and desires.
