Outside, you seem "fine"' and are functioning well. Inside, you may feel overwhelmed, anxious and tense.
You are detached from yourself, running on autopilot and it can feel exhausting. And this may be adding to tension in your relationships.
No matter how much you tell yourself everything is ok, the message does not seem to sink in.


Your wise wolf within is waiting
You are not alone and you are not broken.
These feelings are messages from your nervous system - your wise wolf within, operating under the surface striving to keep you safe and free from harm.
When we learn to listen to her, we experience greater connection, coherence and clarity.
It feels like being given a map, when we are lost.
We can find our ground again, experience greater safety and connection.
We can respond, rather than react.
We can move in the world from a place of empowerment towards our goals and desires.

Earth is a gentle, embodied mini-course that can help you to reconnect to yourself and find your ground again as you befriend your nervous system.
Rather than trying to “fix” or override these responses, you will learn to start listening, understanding, and responding to the messages of your body with more choice and ease.
This workshop lays the foundations - starts to map the land - and helps you to feel more
embodied and anchored in your own body.
Even when everything outside is in flux, you can always come home to yourself.

The EARTH series is a deep-dive 4-week somatic program designed for international professionals and expats who feel untethered by life’s changes. Meeting Thursdays (18h00 - 19h30 CET) starting May 21, we move beyond theory into practice, building the literal "ground" you stand on through somatic regulation and anthropological insight.
What we will cover together
Week 1: Planting roots. (May 21) Understand your nervous system’s response to transition and learn grounding and orienting tools you can easily integrate into your daily life.
Week 2: Mapping your anchors. (May 28) Using anthropological insights to identify what "home" actually means to your body and psyche.
Week 3: Befriend your nervous system. (June 4) Mapping your inner landscape to help you build self-awareness and understanding so you feel less overwhelmed and more organized and oriented.
Week 4: Integration and Nesting. (June 11) Creating your personal guide so that you can continue to build resilience and self-compassion.

· 4 x 90-Minute Live Sessions: Intimate, small-group clinical space for deep work and connection: May 21, 28, June 4 & 11 from 18.00 - 19.30 CET.
· Weekly Guided Practices: Audio recordings of somatic exercises to use between sessions.

EARTH Intensive - €560 (Includes 20% VAT) including four private 60-minute personal sessions for deep, tailored somatic support (to be taken within 4 months of the start date of the course).

Please note that although the workshops are informed by therapeutic, trauma-aware practice, they are eductional and are not therapy. For therapeutic work, you are welcome to reach out to me for individual or couple therapy.
